Celanx BOO (Build / Own / Operate) solution package is a service to companies to enjoy energy supply from renewable sources without own investment and own operatership.

The project sponsor continues focusing on its core activities, but can benefit immediately from green/eco/sustainable image and enlarge independency from traditional energy supplier.

Celanx supplies all services as described under EPC package, but we remain the proprietary of the plant. The sponsor will rent us the required surface for the operation and grant access to the installation and operation for the duration of the contract. Celanx finance and operate the plant at its own entrepreneurial risk for a defined period of time and abandon the plant after expiration of sales contract.

Celanx ensures a high technical availability of the plant according defined contract terms.
