Alessandro Chignoli, an Italian citizen, graduated at Politecnico di Milano (Italy) in 1996 as Chemical Engineer, has a membership of the Milan Order of Engineers and is Certified energy manager. He gained professional experience as process engineer and project manager in the Oil & Gas and then as technologist in charge of design, construction, operation and maintenance of industrial production plants. Since 2010 he is engaged in construction and operation of renewable energy plants measures to improve energy efficiency of industrial processes. He is specialized in project management in industrial plants engineering, in construction and in Process engineering (PFD, P&ID, thermodynamic and hydraulic calculations, equipment sizing and selection, purchase technical specifications, procurement and follow-up) and speaks Italian, English and French.

Dallas Terry, a U.S. citizen, graduate of the Environmental Science (2007) and MBA (2011) programs from M.U.M. in Fairfield, Iowa (USA).

His professional background stems from professional certifications in clean energy feasibility analysis, a LEED AP accreditation, and a certified Building Energy Sustainability Technician (BEST) certification. Dallas has 4 of years experience in environmental business, and together with his language skills in English, Spanish, and French, navigates clean energy projects in North and South America, with a particular emphasis in solar, biogas and small hydro project siting, evaluation, and coordination.

Kai Schröder, a German citizen, graduated 1995 with a diploma in international economics from the university in Münster, Germany.

He brings 18 years of professional experience in high-technology driven companies with high exposure to energy cost and project management skills in Chemical and Upstream (Oil&Gas) sector. Recent trainings and accreditations in Solar PV and Wind Energy enables acquiring, developing and managing Cleantech projects. Other strong assets are his deep techno-economic comprehension of Cleantech investments and his fluent language skills in German, English, French and a fair level of Dutch.

Maleeka Zakarneh is a Jordanian citizen; graduated from Yarmouk University (2000) in Jordan with Bsc of Technology Electronic Engineering and certification in PMP (2013).

Her professional background is in the design and the maintenance of electronic boards and systems, trading in electronics systems and instrumentations solutions, educational systems, renewable energy solutions. With her team of engineers and technicians, she realizes project deployment and After Sales Service. Her strong assets are in the creation of investment opportunities, identifying customers and successful closing of deals. She is fluent in Arab and English.

 
Dr. Hans Schwarz

Dr. Hans Schwarz

Dr. Hans Volkmar Schwarz, German citizen, is a founding partner at Celanx GmbH and owner of consulting company ProsafeX, which is focused on Process Risk Management in the process industries. From 2010 to 2016 Hans co-owned company EcWiSolar, which operated in the field of Photovoltaics.
Until July 2019, he worked for BASF SE, since 2010 as Vice President of Process Safety with global responsibility. Before this, Hans worked for BASF’s Polyurethanes Division in Belgium, USA and Germany, in various leading positions ranging from operations, large investment projects, technology management to supply chain optimization. Hans had started his career in the 1980s in BASF's process chemistry R&D unit in Ludwigshafen, Germany. He holds several patents for manufacturing processes of chemical intermediates and PU rawmaterials, and was awarded BASF corporation’s Technical Innovation award in 1999.
Hans holds a PHD in Physical Chemistry from Heidelberg University, Germany.

Balthasar Klimbie

Balthasar Klimbie

Balthasar Klimbie, Dutch citizen, is both Electrical as Technology and Policy engineer from the Technical University in Eindhoven (1997). Starting of as a policy consultant advising governments, industries and NGO’s on transport and environmental issues, he developed to the Energy business unit manager at CE-Delft. After the policy work Klimbie shifted into business and project development in solar and wind projects. First in The Netherlands and nowadays globally. Due to this experience he now is the Vice President of the Alliance for Rural Electrification, the world industry organization for the off-grid sector. Although being an engineer, Klimbie is as its best in multidisciplinary environments where technology meets economics and society. He is fluent in Dutch and English, with a fair knowledge of German.
